Terms and conditions for use of our online store.
Please read these conditions carefully before using The Gifts&Flowers Company website. By using our site, you signify your agreement to be bound by these conditions.
When you use any of The Gifts&Flowers Company services or send e-mails to us, you are communicating with us electronically. The Gifts&Flowers Company will communicate with you electronically in a variety of ways, such as by e-mail, in-website push notices or by posting e-mail messages or communications on the website through our third-party services. For contractual purposes, you agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement.
Your order for goods purchased through our website is accepted and a contract is formed between The Gifts&Flowers Company and you, a contract is not formed at the point in time that payment has been taken from you by The Gifts&Flowers Company, nor at the point in time that you receive an e-mail from The Gifts&Flowers Company acknowledging receipt of your order until the goods are despatched the order may not be accepted by The Gifts&Flowers Company or may be cancelled by you.

Our standard courier delivery charge to the home is £3.95 per delivery for one person delivery items. The standard next-day delivery service applies to most orders placed before 11 pm. All courier delivery services are subject to stock, courier area and availability and demand. When the standard courier service is not available. We use Royal Mail, UPS, Hermes and Amazon Logistics to deliver your packages. Please note: Delivery details will be confirmed at the time you make an order with us. Delivery times cannot be guaranteed. No delivery services are available on a bank holiday.
Returns & Refunds Policy
Returning an item received by Royal Mail
You may return most items in a new and unused condition and wherever possible in the original packaging. If you want to cancel/return your order you must tell us within 14 days (beginning on the day after the day you receive the goods), and you then have 14 days to return the items.
You can request a return by logging into your admin panel within our website and requesting a returns label.
Returning an item received by Amazon Logistics
You may return most items in a new and unused condition and wherever possible in the original packaging. If you want to cancel/return your order you must tell us within 14 days (beginning on the day after the day you receive the goods), and you then have 14 days to return the items. Please refer to Amazon returns policy on how to return an item to Amazon FBA (Fulfilment by Amazon facility).
You may need your account to use our services, and you may be required to be logged into the account and have a valid payment method associated with it.
If you use our service you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and to the extent permitted by applicable law. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. You should take all necessary steps to ensure that the password is kept confidential and secure and should inform us immediately if you have any reason to believe that your password has become known to anyone else.

content that contains any viruses, worms or other potentially damaging computer programs or files that may affect The Gifts&Flowers Company services.
We will do our utmost to ensure that the availability of The Gifts&Flowers Company ‘website’ or ‘services’ will be uninterrupted and that transmissions will be error-free. However, due to the nature of the internet, this cannot always guarantee this. Your access to The Gifts&Flowers Company website and services may also be occasionally suspended or restricted to allow for repairs, maintenance, or the introduction of new facilities or services. We will attempt to limit the frequency and duration of any such suspension or restriction.

Ways to pay
The Gifts&Flowers Company uses Stripe payment technologies to provide us with a gateway to accept most payment methods – we accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Switch and Delta). All credit card details are secured with 128-bit encrypted sessions and all sensitive information is stored on heavily encrypted databases.
We use SSL technologies to ensure that your details are safe and the information you provide is fully encrypted.
Right of cancellation up to 14 days (Exceptions to cancellation)
We will reimburse all payments received from you for the goods purchased and will also reimburse delivery charges for the least expensive type of delivery offered by us, no later than 14 days from the day on which we received the above communication. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.
In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
Exceptions to the right of cancellation
The right of cancellation does not apply to:
- the delivery of products which are not suitable for return if unsealed by you after delivery, or which are, after delivery, inseparably mixed with other items;
- the supply of goods made to your specifications or personalized;
Pricing and availability
We list availability information for products sold by us on the website including on each product information page. Beyond what we say on that page or otherwise on the website, we cannot be more specific about availability. As we process your order, we will inform you by e-mail as soon as possible if any products you order turn out to be unavailable and you will not be charged for those products.
