About Our Returns Policies
You have 30 days from receipt of your delivery to return or exchange, as long as the item(s) are returned unused and in the original condition they were received, with tags attached and in original packaging.
Once we have located your order on our systems, we will be happy to exchange the item(s) for a replacement or to make a refund which will go onto the card which was used when you made your purchase. We are not able to refund any postage charges, and please note that we charge for sending any exchange items by post.
Statutory Cancellation Right
You have the statutory right to cancel your order for any reason within 14 days beginning with the day you receive the item.
Returns Costs & Methods
The Gifts&Flowers Company will refund the cost of sending an item back to us if it’s defective, damaged or incorrect that were sold or dispatched by The Gifts&Flowers Company. In many cases, we’ll provide you with a pre-paid returns label. If your return is not the result of an error on our behalf, and you’re using a pre-paid return label, we’ll deduct the cost of the return from your refund. For returns from within the UK, costs start at £3.99.
